All contact with the FSAP is treated with the strictest confidence. No information or materials may be released to anyone, including your employer, without your written permission unless required by law.
Cost
FSAP services are provided free of charge.
Eligibility
University of Illinois employees, retirees, and members of their households are eligible to receive services through the Faculty/Staff Assistance Program.
