Confidentiality
All contact with the FSAP is treated with the strictest confidence. No information or materials may be released to anyone, including your employer, without your written permission unless required by law.
The information you give to the counselor is confidential. Information will not be released to anyone, including your employer, members of an employee's family or household, or any other person without your written consent. The exception to your right to confidentiality is by court order, situations involving child abuse or neglect, the abuse of a vulnerable adult, the commission of threat of crime on FSAP premises, or if the counselor determines that disclosure is necessary to protect you or others from imminent risk of harm.
