Training & Workshops

A routine part of supervision is noticing changes in performance...

Often times employees have personal concerns which may affect the workplace.  This may be revealed by declining work performance, absenteeism, mistakes or poor judgement, changes in appearance, a high accident rate or inappropriate behavior.  The Supervisory Training Workshops are designed specifically to assist those in supervisory roles in identifying a troubled employee, documenting job performance, and referring the employee to the FSAP. All workshops are free.

Presenter: Terry Jobin, LCSW, CEAP, Director of the Faculty/Staff Assistance Program

Summer 2008 workshops will be held 9-Noon, July 22 and August 7, in conference room 350-B, Edward Madigan Laboratory, 1201 W. Gregory Drive.  Metered parking is available along Dorner Drive.
